- Protective Measures: Teach strategies to prevent harm and maintain well-being.
- Posture Guidance: Explain how to achieve and maintain proper posture during VDT use.
- Workstation Adjustment: Instruct on how to correctly adjust workstation equipment for comfort and safety.
