Participants will review Standardized Evaluation Guidelines (SEGs)\, refine their use of Daily Observation Reports (DORs)\, and engage in scenario-based learning activities. \nCourse Objectives: \n\nReinforce leadership principles and understand liability issues in the FTO role.\nApply ethical standards and professional conduct in all aspects of field training.\nUpdate teaching techniques to align with current training methodologies and adult learning styles.\nReview and properly apply the Standardized Evaluation Guidelines when completing DORs.\nPractice evaluation and remediation skills through DOR video analysis and hands-on activities.\n\nEquipment Needed: \n\nNone

It is imperative to seek alternative funding measures\, such as grants from the public and private sectors. We all know that some grants\, and the relative funding opportunities\, have been eliminated and/or cut back\, but our course instructor is confident that this is temporary and the “funds will flow” again. It’s important for you and your department to have an edge on how to access and apply for those funds when that happens.
