By understanding subtle indicators of omission and evasion\, officers will be better equipped to uncover hidden information and improve case outcomes. \nCourse Objectives: \n\nDifferentiate between interviews and interrogations and apply appropriate techniques for each.\nRecognize and interpret common deceptive verbal phrases and nonverbal cues.\nPrepare strategically for interviews by assessing subject types and building rapport.\nAnalyze written and spoken statements for signs of evasion\, sensitivity\, or omission.\nNavigate legal considerations such as Miranda Rights while maintaining interview integrity.\n\nEquipment Needed: \n\nNone
