Participants will gain practical insight into how critical incidents affect individuals\, teams\, and organizations\, along with the tools and resources needed to prepare for\, manage\, and recover from incident-related trauma. Emphasis is placed on mental wellness\, resilience\, and peer support to ensure sustainable performance in high-stress environments.
