Through interactive discussions and mock testimony exercises\, attendees will gain the skills needed to navigate both direct and cross-examination with confidence. \nSponsored by the Maine Bureau of Highway Safety\, this class will review impaired driving investigations including: the initial stop\, chemical testing\, testifying in court and BMV.
