Lori Bagley

Lorelei “Lori” Bagley is a seasoned Human Resources Professional currently working in local government in her home state of Maine. While relatively new to the Dirigo Safety, LLC team, she has 25 years of experience successfully navigating the increasingly complex world of employee and labor relations. She has had the privilege and honor of spending half her career supporting Police, Fire, and other municipal departments in an effort to help employees, managers, and supervisors do the important and noble work of serving a community. This includes serving as the lead employment investigator in a multitude of cases and being able to consistently reach successful outcomes working with management to promote a positive workplace environment. Outside work, she feels fortunate to enjoy life with her husband and dogs, traveling when possible, and enjoying the beauty of Maine and New England.
