Meaghan O’Leary is the Public Relations Manager for Dirigo Safety LLC. She is the PROUD daughter of a Retired Law Enforcement Officer and Niece of two Retired Law Enforcement officers. Since she was a little girl, she has witnessed the impact of what a law enforcement officer must go through every day. Meaghan knows that person behind the badge, they are part of my family and longtime friends.
She joined Dirigo Safety to assist her father Shawn. Meaghan has been with the team since 2019. In 2020 Meaghan took over the role of Project Coordinator to upload over 150 online classes for Maine Law Enforcement. While building those classes she traveled around the state giving demonstrations on how to use the program. Currently, she manages 106 law enforcement agency accounts and 1967 police officers training. Meaghan also wrote the mandatory training lesson plan for the Maine Criminal Justice Acadmy in 2022.
Either with her customer service to make sure officers get their training done in an easy way or help civilians understand their weak points. She has gained vital knowledge of how many unfortunate events take place in our communities and the workplace. Working along with the team at Dirigo Safety, they developed a successful strategy and service in providing guidance and real-world recommendations for companies looking to provide a safe work environment.

if you can’t run, then walk,
if you can’t walk, then crawl,
but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.”
