PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) — AAA and the Maine Bureau of Highway Safety hosted an “Impaired Driving Summit” in Portland Monday, gathering law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and highway safety officials to find the best practices for dealing with people driving under the influence of drugs.
