Testimonials:
- Phil is engaging and clearly an expert in the field. I enjoyed seeing his perspectives and experiences.
- Cannot overstate the value of having someone who worked with in San Jose explain the model. Phil practices what he preaches and teaches the course the way he teaches us to train others. Very beneficial and would recommend to any future FTOs.
- Course was broken up and not just power point based. Moving around and working on case study seeing how it all connects through the course helped correlate each day of instruction.
- Very engaging with class and made it relatable and fun. Hands on activities were helpful.
