As we face high inflation and a possible recession, public safety departments may be facing shrinking budgets. It is imperative to seek alternative funding measures, such as grants. We all know that some grants, and the relative funding opportunities, have been eliminated and/or cut back, but our course instructor is confident that this is temporary and the “funds will flow” again. It’s important for you and your department to have the edge on how to access and apply for those funds when that happens.
From an introductory perspective, you will learn how to:
- research for a wide array of grant opportunities (public and private)
- establish an account with the Federal agencies that govern grant funding
- properly write various types of grants
- what to expect post grant acceptance/award, and
- what to “watch and monitor” for public and private funding opportunities
Don’t miss out on your share of grant funding.
This class is taught by Frank E. Jones, a grant writing veteran that has brought in millions of dollars throughout his career for various agencies.
