Frank is an Associate Professor for the Criminal Justice Department at New England College in New Hampshire. He is also the Director of Veterans Affairs for the institution. He continues to serve in law enforcement in a PT capacity, having retired in 2005 from a successful career of more than 24 years. Recognized as a well-experienced grant writer and an expert, Frank has specialized training in grant research and writing. He has successfully written, received, and managed more than 2.5 million dollars from both Federal and State grant funding sources along with some from private entities. He has taught Grant Writing 101 for the last few years in New Hampshire and Maine.
