The basic death and homicide investigations class is a HIGHLY SUGGESTED prerequisite for this advanced certification-level class.
Students will build upon their fundamental understandings of death scenes and major crimes incidents through advanced interviewing and statement analysis tactics, behavior analysis and polygraph examinations.
The instructors will provide students with legally sound methods to collect video re-enactments, photo arrays and truth-seeking interviews.
Additionally, students will learn the subtleties of report writing and documentation, search warrant writing and search warrant execution.
