This one-day refresher course is good for any FTO, no matter how long they’ve been in the role. It will provide those who have attended the Basic FTO Course or are seeking to refresh their outdated/expired FTO certification from another course, with advanced tools and knowledge, to effectively train and evaluate recruit field trainees. It will focus on updated teaching and training techniques and methodologies, leadership fundamentals, ethics and professionalism, as well as the proper application of the Standardized Evaluation Guidelines (SEGS) when completing Daily Observation Reports (DORS). (This does not take the place of a full FTO school)
