SHE Leads, a 3-part Women’s Leadership Training.
Join us for a collaborative skill-building journey spread over 3 intensive trainings. This curriculum will help participants identify their core Values, enhance their professional Voice, and create an achievable Vision for their future, in a male-dominated workforce. Participants will receive an in-depth exploration of their strengths and skills alongside peers, experienced women leaders, and subject matter experts.

** Each student will complete the Core Strengths assessment online. The results will be used to identify their strengths, understand how overused strengths can impact leadership, and hone their skills during classroom scenario practice.
