SHE Leads, a 3-part Women’s Leadership Training.
Join us for a collaborative skill-building journey spread over 3 intensive trainings. This curriculum will help participants identify their Values, Voice, and Vision in a male-dominated workforce. Participants will receive an in-depth exploration of their own skills while developing a career path alongside peers, experienced women leaders, and subject matter experts. They will also receive mentoring and coaching as part of the series, with opportunities to network and build their community of women leaders. Participants will be supported through their individualized journey of establishing their Values, finding their Voice, and charting their Vision. This course will also include guest speakers and subject matter experts.

- Establishing/Reestablishing Boundaries

** Before arrival to Session 1 each student will complete an online skills assessment, which they will bring to Day 1 for review.
Session One:
- Analyzing your personal skills assessment
- Influencing factors on leadership
- Understanding your why
- Defining your legacy statement
- Authentic Leadership
Between Sessions 1 and 2, students will begin a personal development plan based on their skill assessment results & work within an assigned group to complete an assignment for presentation in Session 2.
Session Two:
- Exploring Imposter Syndrome
- Communication and presentation skills
- Stages of Conflict
- Using influence vs. positional power
- Interest-based negotiations
- Presentations
- Identifying a mentor
Between Sessions 2 and 3, students will identify a potential coach or mentor.
Session Three:
- Resetting/establishing boundaries
- Conducting a transition meeting
- Developing and managing your brand
- Wellness and balancing work and family
- Final presentations
