The New Hampshire Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission partners with Dirigo Safety, LLC for Law Enforcement Accreditation Program Management.

On June 12th 2024, New Hampshire Governor Sununu and the Executive council approved a contract with Dirigo Safety, LLC as the State Accreditation Program Manager. Dirigo Safety will work collectively with the Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission to begin the process of state accreditation of New Hampshire law enforcement agencies.

Dirigo Safety, LLC brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in the law enforcement field. Their understanding of relevant and current law, policy development, and training methodologies is beneficial to a solid accreditation program. Dirigo Safety has been instrumental in managing Maine’s successful state law enforcement accreditation program since 2020 where currently over 37 Maine law enforcement agencies are either State Accredited or in the formal process of obtaining it.

Dirigo Safety’s New Hampshire Law Enforcement Accreditation program manager is New

Hampshire resident Rick Stillman, a former Chief of Police in Massachusetts, Maine, and

New Hampshire.  Assisting Chief Stillman is Accreditation Specialist Keri Wareing, also a New Hampshire resident and most recently the Portsmouth, NH Police Department’s Accreditation Manager.
