Public Access to Public Records – Maine’s Freedom of Access Act
The government operates best when it operates openly, so there is always a need for training on law enforcement’s obligations to provide access to law enforcement records. As members of the law enforcement community, it is our duty to protect the rights of our citizens to know what their law enforcement agencies are doing.
